

Anchor Talent Group was founded in early January of 2026 after a decade long career in Operations, Warehousing, Transport and Distribution being one of the youngest Operations Managers in Australia, and running a Dual Site being responsible for over 150+ Clients and over 300+ staff, I decided to pivot to something that I felt deeply during my time in Operations... Recruitment.
I was sick of seeing operations I had built piece by piece come apart due to someone leaving unexpectedly with no one being able to bridge the skill gap quick enough and seek taking too long to attract good candidates, then when we finally found someone good on paper and brought them in the resume rarely matched the person.
I remember at one point looking for a new Operations Supervisor going through over 380 resume and just wishing there was another me, someone who understood the skill required to run an actual floor, trucks, staff and errors, not to do the role but so I could do my job and not have to sift through resumes after putting in an eleven hour day.
Thus Anchor Talent Group was born, a recruitment firm that understands what you're going through, someone who's actually been in the seat that understands the wrong hire isn't just your business, it's your reputation, it's your operation, it's every piece you put together coming undone.
